I am looking forward to learning how to use blogging. I can see how it impacts communication in a very creative way. In learning a little about this technology tool it was emphasized that all have information that is fun to share, especially with those who have the same goals, desires, and experiences. I look forward in learning how to be a blogger and how to implement it at home and school.
Action Based Research is a successful tool to use in formulating, designing, implementing and obtaining results benifical to our educational world. What better why to understand the needs than to utilize people, places and things. No matter what the issue, when you can establish common goals and set directives in achieving those goals, the outcome will always be more successful. PLCs, SB cmmittees, grade level teams, school faculties, administrators, school board members, community members, PTA organizations...no matter who or what needs to be addressed action based research will provide the depth needed to achieve success in gathering needed information to allow decisions to be determined accurately and effectively. Our goal as leaders is to utilize all the facts in making accurate decisions and determinations. Action Based Research allows a broad base for gathering the necessary information. Many times information can be brought forth through ABR that helps build and develop all areas of a situation. It like a hands on learning approach to gathering all the facts.
